Redemptive Wellness Center Policy
Appointments
All services are offered by appointment only to ensure personalized care.
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Walk-in appointments may be available based on availability.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete any necessary intake forms.
Late arrivals may result in a late cancellation, missed or no-show appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a late cancellation.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved packages or memberships.
Packages & Memberships
All packages and memberships are non-refundable and must be used within the designated timeframe.
Transfers may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Health Disclosure
Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, implanted devices, or recent procedures prior to your appointment to ensure safety and appropriate care. See contraindications.
Right to Refuse Service
Redemptive Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if they are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
